Exchange and Return Policies

At Lily Marie S.R.L., we strive to offer high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that, at times, you may want to make exchanges or returns of the purchased products. Therefore, we have established the following return policy for your convenience.

For purchases within Peru:

  • Timeframe for Exchanges and Returns: You have a period of 24 hours from the moment you receive your order to request exchanges or returns of the products.
  • Product Conditions: Products must be returned in their original condition, without use, odor, washing, or damage, and with all original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns of products that do not meet these conditions.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns will be borne by the customer, unless the return is the result of an error on the part of Lily Marie S.R.L. (e.g., shipping an incorrect or defective product).
  • Process for Exchanges and Returns: To request an exchange or return, please follow these steps:
    1. Contact us within the established timeframe, providing the following information: order details, product name, reason for the exchange or return.
    2. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to carry out the exchange or return. We may request photos of the product or any other additional information to expedite the process.
    3. Once we have received and verified the returned products, we will proceed to process your exchange or refund as appropriate.
  • Exceptions: Some products may be excluded from our return policy due to offers, last stock, among others. These products will not be eligible for exchanges or returns unless they present manufacturing defects.

For purchases outside of Peru:

We do not offer exchanges or returns for international purchases at this time. However, we are working to soon provide a return option for our international customers.
