Shipping Process
At Lily Marie, we ship worldwide! However, our shipping format varies depending on whether it’s within Peru, our home country, or the rest of the world:
Shipping within Peru:
To dispatch all our orders, we work with the company Olva Courier.
- Processing Times: All orders placed between 11 am and 10 pm today will be dispatched starting at 11 am the next day.
- Delivery Time: Once picked up from our warehouse, Olva Courier will deliver your order within a maximum of 3 business days for Lima, and 5 business days for provinces.
- Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
- Delivery Attempts: The shipping fee includes two delivery attempts. If delivery is not successful on the second attempt, the order will be sent to the Olva agency in the district specified in the address, where you can pick up the order with your ID.
- Exchanges or Returns: You will have a maximum of 24 hours from receipt of the order to inform us if you wish to make an exchange. A refund will apply if we no longer have the item in stock.
Shipping to other countries:
We work with two shipping companies, the National Postal Service and DHL.
- National Postal Service: Known as SERPOST in Peru, the name varies by country and it takes between 15 to 20 business days to arrive.
- DHL: This private shipping company offers semi-immediate deliveries, with a delivery time of 3 to 7 business days.
*NOTE for international shipments: At the moment, we cannot offer exchanges or returns for purchases outside Peru. However, we are working to grow and provide better benefits so that we can soon offer better shipping rates and return options.
